    Zhejiang Zhongyan Guangjian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhongfa Municipal Engineering) is a BIPV R&D and engineering services enterprise under the Zhongfa Group. With the corporate mission of “contributing to the green economic development and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry,” the company is dedicated to developing industry-leading Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) solutions. Its products are widely applied in prefabricated support structures such as BIPV factory buildings, photovoltaic carports, and photovoltaic sunrooms, enabling the construction of high-quality, efficient, and technologically advanced green low-carbon buildings.


    The company currently holds 2 national invention patents and 15 national utility model patents. It is a member of the Jiaxing Industrial Design Association and serves as a teaching and research base for Jiaxing Nanhu University. In 2025, it collaborated with Shandong University to release a group standard for Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), creating long-term value for the development of BIPV architecture.
